Welcome, Councilman Craig Wallis, who ceremoniously took his Oath of Office, administered by Mayor Rob Arace, at the February 13, 2023, Township Council meeting.

Mr. Wallis fills the vacancy left when former Councilman Samuel Fusaro resigned his seat effective January 15, 2023. The Council solicited applications for the vacancy and interviewed five candidates before selecting Mr. Wallis for the position.

Councilman Wallis, who has lived in Manchester Township with his family since 1996, first won election to the Council in 2004. He did not run in the 2022 general election, but decided to seek a return to public service when Mr. Fusaro resigned.

“I’d like to thank the Council for welcoming me back,” said Councilman Wallis. “It’s going to be an exciting year, especially with our new Council President (Roxanne Conniff) and Councilman (Joseph) Hankins. They bring a freshness to this whole organization.”

Councilman Wallis’ term will expire on December 31, 2023. More information about Councilman Wallis is available on the Manchester Township website here: https://manchestertwp.com/councilman-craig-wallis/
