Mayor Palmer was pleased to welcome residents to a public Town Hall Forum at the Whiting Volunteer Fire Company headquarters on May 30, 2017. There, he and Ptl. Ian Bole discussed numerous topics, from the Manchester Community Energy Aggregation program, to traffic safety, to park improvements and keeping neighborhoods safe.
