On October 30, 2019, Manchester Resident Ann Arcamone, celebrated her 100th birthday at AristaCare in Whiting. Ann received many happy wishes and a surprise visit from Mayor Ken Palmer and his wife, Robyn. Students from Ridgeway School sent hand-made birthday greetings to Ms. Arcamone for her special day.
