Please be advised that Covid-19 Pfizer Vaccinations (two doses) will be available:
Friday, May 14th from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, with 2nd doses scheduled for Friday, June 4th from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, 30 Schoolhouse Rd., Whiting.
Vaccines will be administered by personnel from Medical Mall Pharmacy, Toms River.
Pre-registration is preferred to insure enough vaccinations are available. Registration can be completed at: MedicalMallPharmacy.com or by calling the Church office, Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 732-350-5001. Please bring your photo ID, insurance card and the attached consent form (Covid Vaccine Consent Form – Click Here).
There is no out-of-pocket cost. Additional dates may be scheduled based on demand. If supplies are available, walk-ins will be accepted. Call the church office if handicapped assistance is needed.
