Congratulations to CFO Diane Lapp, who was honored with a Proclamation from Mayor Joseph Hankins in recognition of her many years of outstanding financial stewardship in service of Manchester Township and our residents!
CFO Lapp accepted the Proclamation before the Township Council, her dedicated staff, fellow department heads, and family during this week’s regular Council meeting. The Proclamation notes that Manchester Township was honored with the Certificate of Excellence from DAC Bond, in recognition of a decade of “outstanding commitment to continuing disclosure reporting for municipal bonds,” and that this achieve was “a direct result of the hard work, leadership, and unwavering commitment of our CFO and Director of Finance, Diane Lapp.”
“I really do appreciate it. I’ve worked here for a long time, and I’ve been dedicated to this town,” CFO Lapp said. “I thank you all, I really do. I have loved working for this town.”
Additionally, Commissioner Robert Arace presented CFO Lapp with a Proclamation issued by the Ocean County Board of Commissioners.
