The 13th annual Penguin Plunge, held this past weekend at Harry Wright Lake, proved to be another success!
A group of Manchester Police Officers, along with Manchester Township, NJ School District staff and members of our community, braved the chilly (47 degree!) waters for a great cause. Mayor Joseph Hankins and Chief Antonio Ellis were proud to join with our community to cheer them on!
