Roxanne Conniff – Council President

Mrs. Roxanne Conniff won her seat on the Manchester Township Council in the December 2022 runoff election and assumed office on January 3, 2023.
Her term will expire on December 31, 2026.

James A. Vaccaro, Sr. – Council Vice President

Mr. Vaccaro was elected to office in November of 2012. He has held positions, including Chairman of the Planning Board prior to running for office and is currently the Council member on the Planning Board.
His term will expire on December 31, 2028.

Craig Wallis

In November 2023, Councilman Wallis was re-elected to his current council position and took his Oath of Office on January 2, 2024. His term will expire on December 31, 2028.

Michele Zolezi

Ms. Zolezi was appointed to office in July of 2021 to fill the unexpired term of Council member Robert Hudak. She has held positions, including Chair of the Planning Board prior to her appointment.

Sandy Gravatt-Drake

Ms. Gravatt-Drake was appointed to office at a Special Council Meeting on January 28, 2025, to fill the unexpired term of Councilmember Joseph Hankins. She was administered the oath of office on January 30,2025 by Mayor Hankins. She previously served as a Manchester Township Police Officer and currently volunteers throughout the township.
Her term ends on December 31, 2026.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Manchester Township Council will meet on the following dates for the fiscal year 2026.

All Regular Meetings will be held on the second and fourth Monday of each month, at 6:00 p.m., unless otherwise noted, and will be held in the Municipal Building, in the courtroom, One Colonial Drive, Manchester, New Jersey.

Legal action will be taken at each meeting.
