Manchester Township Council Reorganizes for 2022; Mayor Hudak Outlines Goals for New Year
Mayor Robert Hudak and the Manchester Township Council are prepared for a productive year in 2022, as Oaths of Office were administered and plans for the upcoming year were outlined during the January 4, 2022, Reorganization Meeting held in the Municipal Complex Courtroom. To begin the meeting, Mayor Robert Hudak took his Oath of Office, having won election this past November to an unexpired term that ends in 2022. Unanimously appointed by the Township Council to the position of Mayor in June of 2021 following the resignation of former Mayor Ken Palmer, Mayor Hudak previously served as a Township Council member beginning in 2019. Taking her oath next was Councilwoman Michele Zolezi, who was unanimously appointed to the Township Council to assume to seat vacated when Mr. Hudak was appointed as Mayor. Township Building Mask Policy
A mask or face covering will be required for entry for those visitors of any Manchester Township Municipal Building who are unvaccinated against COVID-19. Those who are vaccinated do not require a mask or face covering. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
Manchester Community Comes Together for Annual Tree Lighting
🎄🎄🎄Thanks to everyone who shared in making our annual #TreeLighting Ceremony a hit! As always, we were glad to see so many of our neighbors and friends come together to celebrate the holiday season with music, fun, and a special visit from Santa himself. Manchester Recreation never fails to impress, creating a winter wonderland each year at Town Hall! Mayor Robert Hudak welcomed all those in attendance, and on behalf of all of us at Manchester Township, conveyed warm wishes for a joyful holiday season. We're thankful for everyone who attended and shared in this special event! Special guests included Council Vice President Joan Brush, Councilman James Vaccaro, and Councilwoman Michele Zolezi, as well as Reverend Rittinger who offered the opening Invocation. Manchester Township Honors Veterans at Annual Ceremony
Continuing a proud annual tradition in Manchester Township, our hometown United States Service Members were honored during a moving Veterans Day ceremony at Town Hall on November 11, 2021. The enormous sacrifices our Veterans and their families make was honored during Mayor Robert Hudak's keynote address. The Mayor also highlighted the bravery of our Veterans and their willingness to stand up for their country during trying times. “In a world where we hear a lot of talk, our Veterans took action,” Mayor Hudak said. “Now, it’s our duty to ensure our Veterans receive the support and care they need. We must do our part for our Veterans.
