Manchester Celebrates Veterans Day 2022

Continuing a proud annual tradition in Manchester Township, our hometown United States Service Members were honored during a moving Veterans Day ceremony at Town Hall on November 11, 2022. We can thank the millions of Americans who strengthen our nation with their example of service and sacrifice," said Mayor Robert Hudak during his keynote address. Grenier, chairman of Manchester Township’s Veterans Advisory Committee, offered opening remarks and presented pins to those Veterans in attendance. Arthur M. Wright Jr., Veterans Advisory Committee Commander, Whiting American Legion Post 502, also offered his thoughts regarding the sacrifices families make in support of their loved [...]

September 11 Commemoration Ceremony

We paused this morning, all of these years later, to reflect upon those lives lost on that fateful day and in the days and years that followed. Some were lost as they went about their everyday lives. Others as they rushed, selflessly, to respond to the scene. And yet more gave all in service to our Country in the aftermath of the attack. To honor those among our neighbors lost, Mayor Hudak [...]
