Township Council Reorganizes for 2020
The Manchester Township Council is ready for a productive year in 2020, having reorganized during their January 2, 2020, meeting in the Municipal Complex Courtroom. Congratulations to Councilman Robert Hudak, who took his Oath of Office during the meeting. Appointed to the Council in June of 2019, Mr. Hudak, filled the seat vacated by Charles Frattini and won his election bid this past November. Following the administering of his oath, Councilman Sam Fusaro was elected to lead as Council President and Councilman James A. Vaccaro, Sr., was elected Vice President. In public remarks, Council President Fusaro noted that it has been 30 years since Manchester Township residents voted to change to a non-partisan form of government following a corruption scandal. 45 DAY PUBLIC NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Township of Manchester will hold a municipal consent hearing on 8th day of May 2023 at 6:00 p.m. in the Manchester Township Court Room at Town Hall.
This hearing will be held for the purpose of evaluating the application of Comcast of New Jersey, LLC for the renewal of its municipal consent to own, operate, extend, and maintain a cable television and cable communications system in the Township of Manchester and is held in accordance with N.J.S.A. 48:5A-23, and N.J.A.C. 14:18-11.6, and all other applicable statutory and regulatory provisions.
All interested parties are invited to attend and be heard with respect to this application. Copies of the application will be on file with the Manchester Township Clerk and can be reviewed Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. at the Manchester Township Hall.
This notice will be published again between the fourteenth (14th) and seventh (7th) day prior to the hearing.
