Councilman Hudak possesses over twenty years of experience serving in local and state government as a department director, planner, zoning officer, legislative aide. He holds a Masters Degree in Public Administration from Villanova University along with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Political Science from Montclair State University. A New Jersey Licensed Land Use Planner, Hudak served both public and private entities as both a planner and land use expert. In his spare time, Hudak serves as an instructor for the Rutgers University Center for Government Services. He and his family have been involved in numerous community activities including Little League, Boy Scouts, and competitive dance.

Hudak resides in the Pine Lake Park section of Manchester Township with his wife Ellen, a school social worker, and his three children, all of whom attend Manchester Public Schools.
